A Roman family, five homes, one way of doing things

The company was founded in Rome in 2025 by the Pelino family, whose business has been Roman property for two generations. Between 2025 and 2026 we bought or completely renovated five apartments, each chosen for the same reason: it had to be next to one of the places people come to Rome for, and it had to be a place we would live in ourselves.

Edoardo runs the apartments day to day. He is the person who meets you at the door at Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon and Colosseo, who answers the WhatsApp within the hour, who organises the airport van and who, as one guest wrote, chased a taxi on his scooter to recover a forgotten phone. Francesco and Martina host the Vaticano apartment themselves, and Francesco looks after the company, the renovations and this website.

We keep the five homes to a standard we can check ourselves: hotel-grade mattresses and linen, a kitchen you can actually cook in, air conditioning that works in August, and a folder of the restaurants we go to. We list on Airbnb, where our guests have given us 213 reviews and a 4.97 average, and we run this site so that people who want to book directly can do it for less, without a platform in the middle.
