The apartment
An elegant two-bedroom home in one of the finest palazzi of the Tridente, fully renovated in 2025. Two bathrooms, a real kitchen, and the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain within a five-minute walk.
Via Francesco Crispi is the quiet street that climbs from the Trevi Fountain towards Villa Borghese, and number 20 is one of its handsomest buildings: a stone façade with columned doorway, a marble stair and a small period lift. The apartment sits on the first floor and was rebuilt from scratch in 2025 with warm timber, rattan and terracotta tones.
Two generous bedrooms, each with a double bed and a Smart TV with Netflix. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, so a family of six never queues in the morning. A bright living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table for six, and a kitchen fitted with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Nespresso machine and washing machine.
You are 200 metres from Piazza di Spagna and 250 from the Trevi Fountain, with Via Condotti's boutiques and the Antico Caffè Greco a short walk away, Barberini metro within four minutes and Spagna within six. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and trattorie are on the same block. Guests tell us the same two things: it is astonishingly central, and astonishingly quiet once the door closes.

Getting here
From Fiumicino: Leonardo Express to Termini (32 min), then Metro A to Barberini, 4 minutes on foot. A private transfer to the door can be arranged for you. From Ciampino: bus to Termini, then Metro A.
Good to know
- —The building lift is a small period cabin for two people; the stairs are wide and easy.
- —The palazzo is historic: heating is the building's central system and gas heaters are not allowed; in winter it runs on the building's schedule.
