The newest of our homes: a bright, freshly renovated one-bedroom in the same handsome palazzo as our Piazza di Spagna apartment, five minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Made for couples and small families.
Same address as our Piazza di Spagna home, same columned doorway on Via Francesco Crispi, same period lift: this is the smaller, one-bedroom apartment on the first floor, opened in 2026 after a complete renovation in white, oak and natural light.
A living room with two big windows, a comfortable double sofa bed and a wall TV; a round dining table for four; a white kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has a queen bed, a large wardrobe and blackout curtains. The bathroom, in pink marble tiles, has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Washing machine, air conditioning and heating.
You are five minutes on foot from the Spanish Steps and six from the Trevi Fountain, with Barberini metro at five minutes and Via del Tritone at the corner. From Fiumicino: Leonardo Express to Termini (32 min), then Metro A to Barberini, five minutes on foot. A private transfer to the door can be arranged. From Ciampino: bus to Termini, then Metro A.
